what is the code for Double press of switch

I want to run a event when I press the togglelinc switch twice in a row. What should my if statement look like? thanks!

That is "Control" with "Fast On" which is the command an Insteon switch issues when double tapped. Double tap timing is important for the switch to send a Fast On command.
