ingeborgdot Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 I have a KPL that I just installed and I am having a couple of issues that I just am not getting. The main light that it controls works fine with the KPL but I have a remote that also goes with this same button on the KPL. I know I need to make a scene to make it work but just can't seem to get it to happen. When I make the scene which should be the controller. The remote or the KPL? If I hold the remote button down it will turn on ( brighten) and turn off (dim). Thanks.
LeeG Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 ingeborgdot Define an ISY Scene. Add the KeypadLinc button and the RemoteLinc button as Controllers of the Scene. The ISY assumes a device is also a Responder if the device has responder capability. Once the Scene is created either the KeypadLinc button or the RemoteLinc button should control the KPL load. If that was not the desired effect please add some additional information. Thanks. Lee
