Sending x10 Commands from Elk?

I have recently added the ISY to my system and Insteon works better than ever. I have a few programs set up from the ISY to turn on some of my x10 devices and that works fine. I use to have a couple of x10 devises that turned on when a door opens but they no longer work. I also had one of the F buttons to toggle a x10 switch that no longer works.

 

I do not have the x10 module.

 

Will the ELK control X10 through the ISY? If so what do I need to change?

If you would like ELK to directly control X10 nodes through ISY, then you would need the X10 module.

 

Does your ELK still have a PLC/PLM connected to it? If so, you really should not waste money on the X10 module. Instead, you should have programs that listen to X10 signals that ELK sends out.
