Hello, Hope everyone had a good holiday, I am new to this technology, and have a few questions:

 

1. I have 2 dual band switch link dimmer 2477D that are coming up as Unsupported devices:1.32. When I control them from the web page the status works, when I control them from the switch, the computer says the status last left on the computer.

 

2. Where do I find how to delete a program

What revision firmware are you using on you ISY99i?

Help tab About choice will give you the revision you have.

I believe support for the 2477D was added in 2.8.1

 

Program details.

Right click on the program in question. You can select delete if you want to remove the whole thing.

I have a few of the 2477D working fine with my ISY (2.8.7). I did have to choose the model from the list rather than use "Auto Detect".
