When accessing the Administrative Console using URL http:///admin using Firefox on my MacBook pro with Mac OS X v 10.5.8 I get the following status message at the bottom of Firefox: "Applet com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDClientApplet notloaded". I can successfully access the console via URL http///admin.jnlp.

I am running Insteon_UD99 v.2.8.16 and my product is ISY 99i/IR (1030).

Per Java.... Below is a dump from the Java console. Java version 1.6 64 bit (SE 6 64-bit 1.6.0_22-b04-307) is the first priority in my Java Preferences window. But it looks like it runs version 1.5. Just so you know, "Keep temporary files for faxt access:" is checked, I have 1,000 MB of cache and I've repeatedly have removed and re-added certificates and cleared the cache.

How can I get the applet working?

Steve
