Need subnet mask and gateway - huh?

Huh indeed!

If running on a windows system enter the ipconfig command in a dos command window. Most subnet masks are 255.255.255.0. The default gateway address is displayed by the ipconfig command.

And I apologize that my comment was unhelpful. It isn't clear what you are asking. If you are needing to assign your ISY a static IP address, then LeeG is on point.
