The image level was not identified so I pulled this from the 3.1.2 announce. The Admin Console must be in sync with ISY firmware level. What are you looking for?

3.1.2 is a beta and maybe you need the links to the last released firmware.

Another thought. Are you using a Firewall and which one is it?

I had to add my ISY99is IP address to ZoneAlarms Trusted Zone before things works.
