OK, but does it have the same problems as the Venstar w/adapter? Presumably they must be pretty confident they've fixed the issue but I'm waiting for word here before requesting an updated module.

It looks like the one. They use to only sell through their professional installer network.

 

Are the communications problems fixed. Maybe only Smarthome/Smartlabs knows and they frequently don't share.
