Saw this on the SH forum. Very excited to see some reviews of this new device. If all is well and positive reviews are seen.

 

I shall be purchasing 12 of these dual band outlet lincs to connect the next phase of my install for the basement reno.

I find it interesting that it uses some kind of keying device. To prevent accidentally plugging in an improper type load. Like a vacuum cleaner.

The 2472D is now in the FCC Database.

The key device is a small magnet on a piece of plastic. That slips over the lamps line cord plug. It lines up with an internal magnetic switch connected to the PCB. As shown in the Internal Photos.

The Users Manual also shows how to properly install the key with the small magnetic button facing down.
