Best way to add ISY to a system with multiple Master control

I just ordered an ISY. I have a large number of insteon modules, but have mostly controlled them using keypads, a remotelinc, and a smartlinc. I've created a lot of scenes, many of them with the smartlinc, which now seems to be overloaded and requires constant recycling. I am hoping to get everything re-organized with an ISY. What's the best way to start such reorganizing? Since the smartlinc seems to be constipated, I'd like to remove most of those links (which has been hard to do with the smartlinc itself since it freezes so often. I basically want to do a factory reset, but don't want to leave a bunch of orphan links by doing that. I'd greatly appreciate advice on how to get things back into shape. Oh yes, and I have a bunch of links with the remotelinc that we used just during the construction phase of my house. They now make no sense, so I want to get rid of those too.

Thanks,

Dave

You could factory reset everything and go from scratch.

Any preexisting links not done by the iSY99i will not show up in My Lighting.

When adding devices in link management. There is a choice to remove existing links in a device as it is added.

There is also a choice to keep existing links but that may also add the problem controllers links also if they are in the devices.
