Zellarman Posted September 8, 2011 Share Posted September 8, 2011 I'm currently using the iRule app to control all lighting through my ISY and it works very nicely with one exception. Feedback. Upon issuing a query (node specific) it takes about 8 seconds for iRule to interpret the returned info. I know the delay is within iRule because the feedback returns almost instantly when queried from a webpage. Others using iRule and a PLM directly, without an ISY, reportedly get their feedback instantly. I was hoping to install my port server between my ISY and PLM (apparently digi port servers allow for serial devices to intercommunicate over a network) making my PLM directly accessible by iRule. Does anyone know if this might be possible? Link to comment
