After purchasing a Morning Industries QF Series lock and Morninglinc, I see this the lock is a nice product that wasn't really designed for Home Automation support. The idea of locking and unlocking a door using your Home Automation setup is intriguing, but the lock needs to return state information to be truly usable in an HA setup.

 

Do such locks already exist on the market that are Insteon compatible? If not, will there be an enhancement to the QF series lock or a new model that will support returning state information to an updated Morninglinc type device?
