ISY99i setup - doesn't ask for an authentication

Hi - trying to follow the setup for the isy99i. Its all plugged in, but when I access the homepage, there's a step that says "when prompted to authenticate put in admin, admin". But it never asks me to authenticate. It just pops up with a console about 30 seconds later that seems incomplete (info window just brings up a "copywrite 2004".)

 

What does this mean?

 

I have java installed, and am running windows 7

Are you running a Firewall or Anti virus program?

If so what are they?

I know Zone Alarm has to have the ISY99is address added to the Trusted Zone and Avast 6.0.1289 need some tweaking also.
