barkster Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 I'm trying to program my thermostat so I can have a schedule but I think since it is showing as unknown device I don't get the options that I'm supposed to. I can't check status of cool/heat nor set temp. Model # is 2491T1E Any help would be appreciated...

Support for the 2491T was added in Beta 3.1.6 If you need to update it. 3.1.14 is the latest and recommended. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=7575 Make sure you follow all the manual update instructions. Like Java Cache clearing.
