ELK M1 Gold Voice Regognition

I currently have an ISY99/IR Pro and several insteon devices setup for lights & my thermostat. I've been looking for the best solution for open air mics in my home. i know that i would need a mic mixer and mics. I know that can buy HS and make it work like that but i was wondering if the ELK M1 Gold has that functionality.
