scene control anomaly

I have scenes set up on my 2486D keypad. I have different setting on the four buttons but mainly the same responders. I have a 2476DH that will not respond on any of the buttons but everything else does.

I can use the switch itself and it works. I can use the isy99i and it works for the individual switch control. I can also use the slider inside of the scene and it turns the light on to the level I set it, then I turn the scene off but the light stays on.

When I press the button on the keypad it doesn't work. When I use the isy99i scene it doesn't work, but it shows that it did on the status. I am having a hard time determining the problem. Any help would be welcome. I have already reset the 2476DH to factory.

Thanks,

Don

The factory reset of the 2476DH SwitchLinc erased all the link records. Did you Restore Device after the factory reset?

Individual device control and moving the slider, which uses a direct command to turn the light on, is not dependent on any link records. When a device can be reliably turned On/Off with the Admin Console but not with a Scene there is link record problems. Turning the Scene On through the Admin Console will show what the ISY expects to happen, not what actually happened. There is no individual device control or query when a Scene On is issued.
