I recently installed the all-in-one thermostat and am having problems getting this program to work correctly too. I get the e-mail notification with zero for the cycle and run times as well.

 

Stupid question, but would having a heat pump vs. a traditional furnace/AC unit make a difference when calling for heat or cool?

Can you export this program and attach it to this post so I can simply import and tweak? I have two thermostats, and I don't want to hand enter all of this TWICE. Great idea! Now if it would just save this data directly to an SQL Express instance on my network, I would be all set!
