Hello, I would like to use the ISY-99/4 in Europe with 220v power. I believe this is OK for the ISY-99 as it does not need it's own AC power, but could require the INSTEON PowerLink PLM which is powered. Do you have a suggestion or an alternative to the INSTEON PLM that could use 220v power ?

No PLM works on 220V AC. The 2412S PLM provides 12V DC. A small pluggable power supply that runs on 220V and provides 12V DC (as PLM does) will work.

Very few Insteon devices are available for 220V.

If your country is 220 volts 50 Cycles. The PLM besides needing 220 volts input rating would have to be able to time itself to 50 cycles.

As Lee said. A few modules are now being made for 120/220 volts 50/60 cycles but not the PLM yet.
