schebb Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Just installed a KeypadLinc #2487S 6 button switch and upon trying to link through the ISY99 administrative console only the switch is detected. The buttons are not showing up in the device list? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Steve Link to comment

LeeG Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Apparently the ISY is running 2.8.16 even though the Admin Console is at the 3.1.17 level. Suggest updating the ISY to 3.1.17. Be sure to clear the Java cache after updating to 3.1.17. Then Delete the Dual Band KeypadLinc and add it back to the ISY when both the Firmware and UI line indicate 3.1.17. Link to comment
