alexla Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 No matter what, I can't seem to get my ISY99 to talk to the Inteon 2441 thermostats I purchased. Can you help? (It sees the devices but can't seem to communicate with them...)
Brian H Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 They are new? If so are you running the latest firmware 3.2.2? The latest 2441 adapters are the new Insteon I2CS protocol and need firmware 3.2.2 to work.
