I'm using ISY99i Pro v3.2.4 Suddenly My Thermostats (2) are showing as "Unsupported Device:5.14" and looking under "new Insteon Devices/Auto Discover" I can no longer see my Thermostat model 2491T7E, Instead I see [06.00] Unsupported Device:6.0

Phsically the Thermostats works and remotely i can only control one of the two from what ever reason

any ideas?

Go to Help | About. What is displayed for Firmware and UI?

 

It sounds like the Admin Console is not at 3.2.4. If both the Firmware and UI lines do not indicate 3.2.4 or they are not both displayed, clear the Java cache and check the URL being used to invoke the Admin Console to be sure it is one of the 3.2.4 URLs.
