Can't Get MoriningLinc to Install to Lock

Hi,

 

I have ben trying to get my MorningLinc to install. I did have it working earlier today after much trouble but then when tring to add to my ISY26 (not sure if it will work with this version) I did a factory reset on it and now it won't sync with the lockset. After I press the Set buttion on the lockset and the set button on the MorningLinc I now get three beeps instead of the two and I cannot control the lock with the set button.

 

Any ideas?

The MorningLinc is not supported by the ISY-26. The latest firmware that will run in the ISY-26 came out before there was MorningLinc support.

 

There is something quite strange as a Factory Reset of the MorningLinc does not clear anything in the lockset. It should not have stopped the MorningLinc Set button from controlling the lock set.

 

The MorningLinc must be physically very close to the lockset (within 5’ if memory is right) to link the MorningLinc to the lockset.
