jmed999 Posted October 8, 2012 Share Posted October 8, 2012 Guys, I have the ISY and mobilinc which allows me to access my ISY over my dynamic DNS domain. When I added the weather module I could then see weather info in mobilinc. I have recently installed an ELK M1 Gold security system and I know I can access the Elk software with a different dynamic NDS domain but I really don't want to pay for 2 different secure domains for the two different IP addresses. Since the Elk module allows us to access the Elk M1 Gold via the ISY, is there a way I can use the ISY secure IP dynamic DNS domain to arm, disarm, etc. my Elk security system instead of paying for a 2nd one? But, you can certainly do simple arm/disarm from our regular ISY interface (http://your.isy.ip.address) which we call UDAjax. apostolakisl Posted October 8, 2012 Share Posted October 8, 2012 You can also put programs in ISY that do just about anything to your Elk. With kind regards, Michel This works and I have the bookmark saved on the home screen of my droid. The only problem is it goes straight to the website without asking me for a password. I feel like this is a security issue. If my phone gets stolen they could get in my house. How do I require a password on that site? Thanks! If you just have your phone protected with a password lock just to access the phone, it should be fine as well. I have a Business IP PBX phone with a password protected home screen and it is very safe.
