2 way Sync Elk Output & Keypad Button

I have an Elk output that I want to use as a flag in an Elk rule to disbale the door bell. The Elk would set the disable flag ON between 11PM and 7AM the next day. The keypad button light would be lit anytime the bell is disabled. In addition, I want to also use the same keypad button to override the current state of the disable flag until the next automatic change at 11PM or 7AM. This would require the button to set or reset the Elk Output but I don't want the Elk rule to reset it until the next period 11PM or 7AM.

 

Suggestions for the Elk rule and ISY scenes programs to do this would be appricated.
