DHCP connection issues

As a troubleshooting measure I would temporarily assign a static addy to the ISY.

Then, once you know for a fact what it's addy is.....enter that into mobilinc.

 

If you really really want to use a DHCP address then go back and set the ISY

for DHCP. Become cognizant of your DHCP source and what range of addresses

it is handing out. I can usually find what addy a device has by pinging addresses

within the known range of DHCP service.

 

It's also possible that you have no wireless connection on your phone so make

sure the phone can surf before you expect mobilinc to work.
