  1. Pro was an ISY994i add on. It added more link database size and the ability to disable automatic update wries to modules or just wireless devices so you could wake them up individually. So they didn't possibly interfere with each other. I believe that feature is standard in the eisy with no add on needed.
  2. Yes. The pro add on. Let you delay writes completely or just to RF only devices. That allowed you to wake up each device and then write the updates to that device alone.
  3. It also has to be a USB 2413U or the 2413S from the ISY9941 and the USB to serial adapter cable. With the special wiring sold by UDI.
  4. Is the old one a 2413S or 2413U? Not well up on the Polisy I vaguely remember it could also use a 2413S serial. The eisy is USB so you need a 2413U or the specially made USB to serial UDI cable UDI has available.
  5. Glad you found it and it is not an uncommon thing to happen. Some stickers where harder than others.
  6. Not sure if the PLM would see a All On. Quick look at the PLM Developers Guide did not show it but I too have seen All On mentioned in older threads here. Latest ISY994i firmware is 5.3.4 Found one very old thread. https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/10321-how-to-diagnose-a-all-on-event-trigger/
  7. The 2413S is dual band the 2412S is power line only. So the 2412S would need other dual band modules to send RF to and from the older 2412S. The 2412S supplies unregulated 12V DC [18.5V DC] on the serial cable from the ISY994i and PLM. To also power it. ISY994i has components in it so only the higher voltage powers the ISY994i.

    What a night

Local works fine for me. On old Windows XP wilth all the updates before discontinuance and Windows 10. Long time but I remember Cloud also did work.
  9. As you indicated. The ISY994i was discontinued a few years ago and the free and then paid support has expired. There are very knowledgeable users here. They maybe able to assist you if you have more details. The latest firmware for an ISY994i is 5.3.4 If you don't have it in the ISY994i now.
  10. There is a red massage screen signing in here. As of 5pm EST Alexia Skills are down but it is Amazon not UDI. Guess you have to wait for Amazon to do something.
  11. It does sound like it has started to fail. One side note on the Factory reset. The early revisions did not have a beeper and you just held in the set button or three seconds and released it.
  12. The 2413S serial PLM has a special signal wiring. Using only three wires. Send;receive and common. If your USB adapter is not made to route the proper signals to the correct PLM connections and not connect the other pins. It will not work.
  13. Did you use the replace modem function to take the replacement PLM's six digit ID into all the modules in the system? If you did not use the procedure. All the devices will still be expecting commands from the old PLM.
  14. X10 and Insteon power line signals have a problem from getting from one phase to other phase. Through the transformers secondary windings. They may get through but the attenuated signals maybe too low for any operation. As for others on the same transformer highly unlikely. For X10 the JVDigital XTB-IIR repeater coupler was fantastic. My house has at least one volt of X10 everywhere and over 10 Volts X10 at the unit itself. It does not step on the end of an Insteon command and corrupting it. Reading the signal as an X10 one.
  15. I have also used one section of the ELK930 and the module you linked too. Both triggered an I/OLinc contact input. Guy's method would add flashing. As I missed that point.
