Cable to connect 2413S to eisy?
Okay, I dug through my stuff and found 2413UH with a USB cable. Can I use it for connecting to the EISY? I think I am ready to attempt to migrate from ISY994 to EISY, but have some questions. Please bear with me, I am old and slow. Current status : 2413S connected to ISY994 ISY994 firmware v.4.9.0 ISY994 using static IP Router set up for DHCP No Z-wave, no ELK ISY994 backed up UD Mobile installed on my Android tablet Questions : 1) Do I still do the steps mentioned in "first steps" paragraphs if I am migrating or do I proceed to the migration steps? If I run UD mobile without EISY attached it has options to migrate existing installation or add new controller. Which do I select or am I supposed to connect EISY before opening UD mobile? 2) Do I keep the ISY994 attached and connect the EISY at the same time? 3) Do need to change ISY994 to DHCP? Probably more when I move on. Thanks for your support. Graham

Cable to connect 2413S to eisy?
I currently have a 2413S connected to my ISY994 with a cable. The migration instructions say if I have a 2413S I need to connect it to the EISY with a serial PLM. Is this different than the cable I currently use to connect to my ISY994? Thanks, Graham

ISY994 sporadically turns everything on
If I replace my ISY994 with the new eisy will I need to do anything to get all my devices and routines recognized or is it a simple swap?

ISY994 sporadically turns everything on
Would an all on also open the garage door? I have an Alexa sunset routine that turns on six lights. Worked perfectly until recently, varies some come on, none come on, works okay, everything comes on. To Paul all I see is ISY-994i SN 13916.

ISY994 sporadically turns everything on
Recently I have started having a problem with my ISY994 sporadically turns everything on and opens the garage door. It seems to be triggered by events like a motion sensor turning on a light or a time of day programmed event. Unplugging the ISY several times has not resolved the issue. Is it time to replace the ISY994? With what? Thanks, Graham
