Hi: Today I did the exclude - Reset to default - Include procedure in two of the zen30. One of them is working properly without any kind of error and the other one continues doing the same erratic behavior. I had home assistant disconnected. Hi: If I disconnect ISY I would have no way to check the status if it changes. Physically on the (zen30) switch/dimmer there is no problem, if I press the switch there are no effects on the dimmer or changes in state. What is seen physically is not what is reported internally in ISY, which seems to be synchronizing the two entities on/off. JR Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi: Thanks for responding and taking the time. - Edited my original post to include log without the file. - This behavior only occurs on four Zooz ZEN30 that I have installed. The other z-wave switch models report states correctly. - I was verifying all the parameters according to the manufacturer's manual and I did not find that any of them can change the state of the Dimmer (light) in ISY without being physically activated if the switch (fan) changes state. - I disconnected Home assistant and the internet from the house and the problem continues. - Firmware and UI matches on 5.3.4. - The dimmer status changes only in ISY but physically the switch does not make any changes nor does the bulb turn on. - I don't know if it's a good idea to perform an exclude/include procedure with reset to default.

Hi: For a few days I have observed erratic behavior on my isy994. I have 4 double z-wave Zooz zen30 switches, when I turn on the switch (fan) the status of the dimmer (light) changes immediately to ON but the bulb stays off. If I turn on the light the switch does not change state. They are two different entities on the same device that are not supposed to be activated at the same time. This same behavior happens in the four ZEN30 that I have installed. I have checked all the programs, scenes, alexa and I can't figure out what may be mixing the states. I have Home Assistant installed and I disconnected it to test and the problem still continues. If anyone has any idea what could happen I would be grateful. I upgraded to the Zwave Dongle 500. When I try to include an Eaton RF9601 switch I always receive the error "The Z-wave network failed to securely include your new device." I excluded it, I gave hard reset to the switch, repair link, heal network and I still haven't been able to add it. I would appreciate some help Thanks, JReyes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No asbril you are not the only one who has gone back to see that the X version does not meet several features that the pro has. For me, the X is a setback in functions with just a modern interface. To be a version born of the Pro lost important functions and customizations to support a system such as ISY which is the main reason for it because most of us have it. Unfortunately I had to go back to the Pro because what the X offers right now does not fill the Pro's expectation. I thank Wes for the excellent work he has been doing, I hope in the future he can listen to some of us and make adjustments to the X. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
