It seems to work fine now. Maybe an I d 10 t error.

It never turned the outlet off. I will look at the logs if it fails tonight.

If From Sunset + 20 minutes To 10:00:00PM (same day) Then Set 'Outlets / Outside:Outside Outlet' On Else Set 'Outlets / Outside:Outside Outlet' Off So this should turn on the outlet 20 minutes after sunset, and then turn them off at 10pm. Correct??

How can I achieve the following in a program. I want to turn on a light when my elk zone becomes violated. The problem i see is that the program will run continuously when the zone stays violated. I just want to run it once until it becomes normal.

I am running the latest beta. I have a program that turns on a light, waits 5 minutes and issues an off for the light. The light never gets turned off. Any ideas.

Ahh...cache may be it. I forgot I upgraded again and use so many different pcs. I will try that.

2.8.12. Other than the 10.01 and 10.03 they read the same

so when adding a motion sensor, i go to the bottom of the list and there is 10.01 and 10.03 and they are both Insteon Motion Sensor 2420M. Whats the difference?

when trying to add, I get the error - Node not added. failed removing links. Failed writing the highwater mark

java was cleared. I am using the correct url. No icons. Now my issue is I deleted all the motion sensors. I cannot add them back. When adding do I need to press anything on the wireless access point?

I upgraded to 2.8.10 RC6 and trying to add remove motion sensors is impossible. I delete a motion sensor. I go to link a new insteon device. I type the address and choose 2420m. I have Remove Links checked. I hit ok and no popup comes up about holding the set button for 5 seconds. Then i get errors from isy about not being able to write the highwater. Please advise.

I have jumper 5 enabled. ISY is always showing dusk/dawn as on. I am not sure which way to go with the sensitivity. Can someone please explain?

awesome...just wrote a telnet app in vb.net that queries the power status of my Squeezebox Radio and then send a http request to the URL to either turn the keypad led on or off. Now to figure out volume control.

I would like the ability to light up a keypadlinc button by requesting it from the isy99i. Is there a http request I can do to issue commands to isy?

I have a keypadlinc with 8 buttons. I have a togglelinc controlling my outside lights. I want button be to control those lights, since A is the porch lights. How can I get the keypad button B to light up when I turn on the lights via the togglelinc. I found this but it doesnt work. Has this been addressed in the 2.8.4 beta release? Do I still have to use a real insteon device?? It basically ties up a $45 device for my setup

So I wrote a RULE in Elk to turn on a light when i disarm my alarm. Then I wrote a statement in ISY that when the light turns on, do something. It will not run. If I physically use the switch, the rule runs. If I use ELK or eKeypad to turn on the light, it will not work. Any ideas?

I want to run a event when I press the togglelinc switch twice in a row. What should my if statement look like? thanks!

So it has to be a real insteon device....i cant my a "virtual device"? I do not have the network module yet. I was waiting to see if i could make this work before buying.
