  1. Over the last few days, I have upgraded my Polisy Pro to the latest software and migrated my PG2 node servers to PG3. I have these node servers working fine on the ISY994. I have also installed node servers on the IoP, but they do not show up as node servers when I log into the admin console of the Polisy. What do I need to do to get these node servers to show up on IoP?
  2. Thanks for your help MrBill. I have sent an email to support as you suggested.
  3. I have a Polisy Pro. The only markings on it are on the bottom that says Polisy Pro and what looks like a MAC address. When I log into Polisy via the Admin Console, the "Upgrade Process - As of July 2022" says that when I am on the config tab and System tab under that, it should have an option to upgrade packages. I don't have that on my screen. Should I run the commands described in wiki under "Polisy OS versions below 13"? My polisy is running 2.2.13.
  4. I have the latest ISY994 running 5.3.4 and a Polisy with several node servers configured. The Polisy is running version 2.2.13 with front-end version 2.2.9-5. I have checked several times when logged into the Polisy via its web dashboard to see if there are updates available, but so far it doesn't appear that there are any. I just received an email this week recommending not to update the Polisy via ssh, but though the ISY Launcher. Do I need to update my Polisy if used only as a node server and not running ISY on Polisy? I'm confused.... If I need to update, how do I do that? thanks for your help
  5. thanks, just sent them an email...
  6. Today I am unable to fully log into my ISY using the ISY finder. I have reinstalled the finder, rebooted the ISY several times, rebooted my Polisy. When I put in my credentials to log in into the ISY via the Admin Console (LAN), I first get the lib error, then it wants me to read and accept terms and conditions of the file prod-disclaimer.pdf. From there the cursor shows an hour-glass as if it is still trying to log in. The main tab shows all of my devices, but I am unable to show my programs. I am running the latest version of the firmware (7.3.4) for both the isy and the user interface. All was working just fine until today. I have recent backups, but have not tried to recover from one of those. When I log into the ISY via the Admin Console (Cloud), I still get the lib error and request to accept t's and c's, but the ISY completes the login (no hour glass on the cursor). However, when I click on the program tab, none of my programs are listed. I am able to log into the Dashboard via the Finder and all of my devices and programs show up there. Should I try to recover from a recent backup?
  7. I read the article on Z-wave tips and tricks. My ISY doesn't have any light on the back of the controller, so I assume it is a 500 controller. I bought in on Amazon last year (2021), the description of the controller is: UD ISY994i ZW+/IR PRO: Z-Wave Plus Certified Home Automation Controller - Can I safely assume it is a 500 controller, or is there anything else I can check to insure I don't make a mess trying to upgrade?
  8. I removed the default checkmark and used my google email. It now works. That seems to be the least disruptive change.
  9. After converting to a new ISY, my email no longer works. I always used the default setting, but that doesn't work any more. This is my current system and software versions. When I test the email connection, I get the error: Mail server failure [unsupported authentication method] I also have Polisy , running several node servers on my ISY, as well as several Z-wave devices. I saw in another post that this version of the software had problems with email. Can I upgrade software without impacting anything else? thanks,
  10. Are there any how-to's or a recommended process for taking an existing ISY994i running firmware 4.8 to a new ISY994iZW+/IR-PRO running 5.3? I have many devices and programs that will need to be moved to the new device. I will retire the old ISY when the migration is complete.
