I noticed that with this new dongle I am seeing in my admin console 77.0° instead of 77°. Also I noticed the decimal point doesn't translate on the Android mobilinc app. Showing 770°. When I adjust the temp the thermostat shows 99°, thus showing the set temp on mobilinc 990°. Only because it doesn't go to 3 digots. Any idea why this occurs?

@Michael yes, I did both the regular backup and the full backup.

So, initially my isy of about 4 years crapped out, so I bought a new one along with this new dongle. I restored my backed up isy5.0.3 on to the new one, then upgraded to 5.0.13a, then installed the new dongle. Now no matter what I do, the dongle will not restore the backup of my old zwave dongle with my garage door and thermostat. I decided to swap my the new dongle out and put my old one back in because of my thermostat programs and now the garage door is missing from the system. I have no idea what happened, if the new dongle works. if anything I will just have to redo the zwave part of my system and start from scratch.

Thanks all for the responses. But o found out my ISY went out. No clue how I'm still able to connect to it, but yesterday my old and new plm to a borrowed ISY and turns out I need a new one. Noce again thanks for all the responses

To anyone who can help me out... I am having a similar situation. Although I check the status of my plm and I "get 0.0.0 v0 / Not Connected". A few days ago my power supply on my isy went out, so I got a replacement 5v 500ma. When I replaced it, I couldn't see status on any of my insteon devices. However my zwave statuses do populate. Although I cannot control anything. I went and got a new plm and tried doing a restore and getting the same message as the other person that stated the initial problem. With both plm's the admin console comes up in safe mode giving me a dialogue that it could be an issue with the plm. With both plm's I also check the status and errors up as 0.0.0 v0 not connected Any ideas or suggestions?
