I have an ISY 99i with an Insteon PLM that is a few years old -- not the new dual band model. My programs have stopped running and I can't get remote access. If I unplug the PLM for a while, it will work again for a while. Is there a way to tell whether I need to replace the PLM? Could it be something else? Will the new dual band PLM unit work with the ISY 99i? Thanks in advance for the help.

That would seem to indicate that the problem lies with the iPhone and more likely Safari. Some Ideas/things to try: 1) Reboot iPhone - Hold Power+Home Button until you see a white apple on black screen. - Test. 2) I wonder if your iPhone has a saved username/password for your ISY that may be causing this trouble here. You can clear those by going into Settings / Safari / AutoFill / Clear All. - Test again. 3) Try clearing the cache/browser data. Settings / Safari / Advanced / Website Data / Remove All Website Data. - Test again. 4) Try an alternate browser like Perfect Browser. -Xathros Thanks! I am working my way through. How do you download an alternate browser? Do you have to go to the Apple download store?

None that I am aware of. I usually just exit the browser or go somewhere else. I don't use this method very often as I use Mobilinc for most all of my remote access to ISY. I did need to accept a new certificate when I tested yesterday. You might try clearing the cache and browser data on the iPhone and try again. (Settings / Safari / Advanced / Website Data / [Remove All Website Data] -or- [select edit and remove only your ISY address if you don't want to clear everything] ) Are you connecting via local network on WiFi, Remotely via DynDNS/Port Forward on WiFi or Remotely via 3G/4G ? -Xathros Remotely via 3G. iPad is DynDNS, but not problem there. Just iPhone.

Thanks! Michel: I am having a weird issue with 3.2.6 and iPhone. When I link to the site I get the blue UD screen and "Load config," but no panel asking for user ID and password, so it never actually connects. This does not happen on computers or iPad. Just on iPhone. Any ideas? Thanks. Niccolo

Michel: I have downloaded the upgrade and have set ELK to show in setting. But when I click on Elk, I get the message: "ELK Rest comment failed, checking Elk status." I have tried reset and refresh, but nothing further. What do I need to do? Thanks. Niccolo

Prior to the upgrade, I could go to the URL and be able to arm or disarm from my iPhone or iPad. I cn do it from a reguar computer, but obviously being able to do it - and check status -- from the iPhone is a major benefit. Is it possible to undo the upgrade?

I just upgraded and now my iPhone and iPad will no longer get me to the admin console to check Elk security. I was able to download the admin console on my Mac, but iPhone and iPad won't open a Java file. Any solutions?
