  1. My Alexa routines stopped working again this morning. Once again, triggers are responding on the Alexa app but none of my routines are working. I've upgraded to 5.8.4 but it didn't help.
  2. I've been doing yearly upgrades to our ISY and haven't had any issues for the past 3 days until I got the same error message a few hours ago. I've already opened a ticket and hope they fix this issue soon because I still have much to do. Best wishes.
  3. @n_sievers UD asked me to upgrade to IoX 5.8.3 and a couple of days later all my sensors started working again. I guess there is a bug with subscriptions on the previous version that can make it unstable and thus have an impact on Alexa routines. If you haven't already done so, give that a try. Best wishes!
  4. I upgraded to IoX 5.8.3 on Friday, which had no effect. Then I created a new state variable and contact sensor on Saturday but it didn't work. However, on Monday morning, I noticed that one of my routines started working again. After that, I noticed other sensors returning to life over the next two days. This morning I finally had a chance to test all my Alexa sensors, which are all finally working again! I don't know if it just took the update a few days to take effect or if Amazon finally got to my ticket and fixed it on their end. Either way, I'm back in business. Thank you all for your help and best wishes to everyone that we have put this issue to bed.
  5. I am having the same problem as well. I have 17 motion/contact sensors showing changes in the Alexa app but not triggering the action, however, the action in the routine does work if I hit the play button. Very frustrating. I have contacted Amazon, and someone in tier 2 is supposed to be working on it. I hope someone figures this out soon. Best wishes to all.
  6. @n_sievers Did Amazon fix your issue? Do you know what they did? I am having the same issue with motion/contact sensors showing changes in the Alexa app but not triggering the action, however, the action in the routine does work if I hit the play button. Unfortunately, there is a disconnect between the trigger and the action on Alexa routines that started a couple of weeks ago but I haven't been able to work on it due to a death in the family. @garybixler I am not familiar with the audio player plugin. Can it be used to connect to specific Alexa speakers so I can announce different things from different speakers throughout the house like I do now? It sounds like you enjoy it and I wonder if it will work for me as well.
