  1. have done this 20-30 times recently I have relocated my Eisy w/zmatter closer to the middle of the house. I was able to remove and reinstall one of the problem thermostats, but so for not the other. One of the three, seems to function correctly
  2. Any ideas on how to resolve, would be greatly appreciated.
  3. I have 3x Ecolink zwave Thermostats. All 3 added into eisy controller fine. The 1st one installed, but was not functionable, then when i checked a couple of days later, it have become functional But All 3 thermostats show different degrees of information... from full detail and control, (above)to next to nothing.(below) Have tried re-interviewing them, that is how the 2nd one became functional. But the 3rd one stays the same.
  4. The procedure given in the ticket.. One at a time. Please login to https://eisy.local:3000 , go to System | Switch Portal Profile and then login. Once that's done, make sure you click the logout button. Log out and Log back in. Seems to have fixed the issue Thank you all
  5. Yes I am registered, and I have successfully purchased and downloaded from the store not that long ago. I did manage to install a diffent Node (HUE) through UD Mobile. ST Inventory, seem to have issues... It causes the app to crash when attempting to install

  7. I have updated both the PG3 and firmware Store still opens with the same result, store does not populate Have selected Production store and performed a hard reset. Still does not populate FYI Same issue with the "purchases" page Tried both Chrome and firefox Also still have the same scenario, when using UD mobile... It populates, but crashes when trying to install a purchased node. ST Inventory

While opening the PG3 store from my PC's,: -The dashboard functions and populates -The Node server store, does not load (see attachment) -The "Purchases section" DOES NOT Load While opening the PG2 store from UD mobile: -The dashboard functions and populates -The Node server store populates -The "Purchases section" DOES load While attempting to install a node from the store using UD mobile, the app crashes.
