Thanks as always for the quick reply. Now, I was also trying to call the UD Mobile app from Home Assistant. What I just need is to call the app as if we do it directly from android, something like; app://com.oneclicktocontrol.udi Just to bring the app up and continue using it as normal.

Hello, I'm creating an android chrome page and will like to add a link in which I can call UD Mobile from the hyperlink on the webpage. I found the android url for the old UDI app but haven't found the one in use for UD Mobile, any idea? Does the internal link call a mobile webpage? Thanks in advance... José

Hi Javi, Found the issue, my network firewall was monitoring the ISY994i and apparently they applied a new FW which started to caused that behavior. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your immediate assistance as always....

ISY994i with 5.34 since that version was out. No failures at all, only that issue with the UD mobile since yesterday around 4pm.

Hi Javi, Thanks for the quick response. No error on any of the two options. The test remote connection succesfully passed.. I checked in my home network and outside using my cel data with the same Error 404.

Hello, My connection still going Restarting Connection then Disconnected with Error 404. The connection to the portal is Online and if I manually refresh the system, the refresh works. But if I go to my favorites, I have to access one by one in order to see their actual state. The ISY was restarted and I logged out from the UD Mobile app and log back in with the same result. Any idea?

The update was ready at the Google Play now. Installed and it is back to normal.... Thanks so much....

Thanks Tazman. I was reading the 5.0.16C discussion by Chris Jahn, which explain what you just confirmed. I think will probably end up upgrading to the latest available and remove the 300 series Z-Wave board. Still looking for a new Z-Wave board....😒

Thanks. Now how do you explain why I'm not seeing the Link Management menu for Insteon devices? Could it be the firmware actually installed? This is the first ISY994i or 994 that I see without that option. What could be the issue? Upgrade to a newer firmware version?

I own two ISY994i using them with Insteon devices and Z-Wave with no issues at all. I recently bought a ISY994-Lutron-OADR upgraded to ZW+, /IR, PRO, Elk M1G. When I log into it, I see everything but the Link Management option for INSTEON devices. Verifying the ABOUT page on this one and comparing this page with my other two ISY's, I notice that the product ID in this one is identified as ISY994 only and the other two are identified as ISY994i. Any idea one versus the other? Is that the reason I don't see the Link Management Menu Option to add Insteon devices? Is that the reason I don't have the option to add and discover Insteon devices?

Hello all, Just got confusion with v5.4.4, Is that version created to be installed in the 994i? Or it was created to be used in the Polisy box only? I checked all the documentation provided and at least for me is not straight forward for what specific box was really made of. Anyway, I do have installed 5.3.4 for a year now or so and it has being working perfectly. Thanks in advance for the help..

Update... The query all program was disable for the night and the lock was responding using ISY as expected. Now, how can this single device can be excluded from the every night program "Query all"? It has to be a way... Thanks in advance...

I'm running 5.3.4 on my 994i. I haven't disable the query all program yet. I did tested while the lock was responding by doing a query only for that device and the issue was replicated. Is there a newest firmware other than 5.3.4? I will disable the program and see the result, which I have no doubt it will happen.

Hello all, Does anyone knows if there is a way in which a specific device can be excluded from the "Query All" program that runs every day at 3am? I do have a August Lock (z-wave) that is working fine until that query all run every day. In the morning when I try to unlock the door, it never respond to ISY. The only way the device go back to be responsive under ISY is by using the August Lock application to open the lock in the morning, otherwise it doesn't respond via ISY. I tested and it is always when a query is use against it. Any idea? Thanks...

Thanks for the quick response. Yes I am familiar with the Purchase Module process, I did it before when I was using Mobilinc and X10 Modules. So I can upgrade to 5.3.0 at any time then install the Z-Wave hardware module I bought directly to UD and finally buy the license using my ISY UDI as I did before.

I just bought the Z-Wave PLUS Module and it is not installed yet. Do I need to install it first then upgrade to 5.3? I'm running 5.0.15A. Thanks......
