Thanks for all the feedback. After using the remote and depleting the charge a small amount, it now has a solid light when charging. But it starts flashing soon after, which seems to indicate it’s fully charged. Perhaps this is what the old version does?

Thanks for the info. I’ve tried 3 different chargers, one being a regular cell phone charger for iPhone. Not sure what voltage. Remote says v.1.7 1450. Very strange.

Hi. The charging LED flashes red while charging. I charged for several hours but it kept flashing. I thought it was supposed to be solid red while charging and go off when charging complete. Not sure if it’s fully charged but it works. Do you think there is an issue with it?

Hi again. My latest controller is an EISY. I went to Plug Ins, Configure in admin console and deleted them there. After that, they are now gone from PG3. I have a couple other questions. I have "ISY Portal" listed as unmanaged in PG3. Is it okay to delete that? Also, I have the Ring node installed, but I have two Front Doors and two Motions showing in admin console, so must still have the Polisy version and EISY both installed. How can I get rid of the inactive one from Polisy? In PG3, Ring shows as connected so it is seeing the EISY version. Thanks!

I upgraded from an ISY to eisy recently. The polisy was never showing in my admin console, which I guess means I was still using ISY for everything, but I did add nodes using Polisy. Now I have nodes added that are showing as unmanaged in Polyglot and it won't let me delete them. I connected Polisy back up to try to delete them, but I can't find the IP under my router page and it doesn't show up in admin console. Any ideas on what to try next?

Just said [All ] Writing 0 bytes to devices. So weird.

I think I was testing something when I initially created the scene. I remember removing the device in the scene completely and then adding it back. I restored the device just now, but still didn't let me delete the scene. The scene is empty now. So strange.

Tried that just now, but still won't delete. It's not hurting anything. Just an annoyance and curiosity why it won't delete.

The name of the scene is "Patio Door Sensor." Yes, I tried to right click and delete, but it says "Request Failed." So strange. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. Thanks!

I was trying to remove a scene that was currently empty. I just added a device to the scene to test to see if that would allow me to delete, but still getting the "request failed" message when trying to delete the scene. I have some devices in folders.

Hi. I am trying to delete a scene in admin console and am getting "request failed." This was for an open/close sensor which I removed because it wasn't working. Any idea how to remove the scene? Thanks!

OK, do I need a new PLM? Mine is 7 years old. Are there not any additional steps I need to be aware since I'm still on IoX version 5.0.15A? Thanks!

It's back online! I'm embarrassed to say that I had the ethernet cable plugged in wrong. I've been trying so many different things since my internet went down yesterday that I must have plugged it up wrong in a hurry. Thanks for the advice! Now that it's up I still think I should upgrade to eisy. What would be next step for that?

I will get a cable and try that. My PLM is around 7 years ago. I'm assuming I should get a new one, right? Hi. DHCP is enabled. I turned VPN off on router, power cycled the ISY and now tx and rx are both solid blue.

I have a backup, not recent, but I don't think much has changed. I don't have a serial to USB cable, but could buy one. I definitely am interested in upgrading to the eisy. Not sure what my next step should be though. Thank you.

I have a Polisy too, but I found out that I have been using ISY because only ISY shows in admin console. I want to be able to get notifications in the app, but was told I need to migrate to Polisy to do that, but haven't yet. I'm wondering if at this point I should just buy an eisy and start over. Not sure if this means anything, but my KPL still controls my scenes. I see where I can buy the eisy with remote support for $500 from Universal devices. Would they help with everything? Would I need to buy anything else?

Hi, thanks. Before you responded, I followed instructions from somewhere else that said to do a soft reset, but it sounds like from your instructions, it was a full factory reset. Now the memory and error lights are flashing. Any suggestions?

I got a new modem/router and now my ISY is offline. I powered ISY off and on, but still says offline. The Tx/Rx lights are solid. It says not found in admin console and not online in the UD app. Please let me know if you can help with a fix. Thanks!

Gotcha. I am able to access it via LAN now. I unlugged it again and this time it worked. Maybe first time I didn't leave it unplugged long enough. Thanks for the help! Simple meaning programs like having certain lights come on at sunset and using a button on a keypad to have them all go off at night. I also have door sensors with a siren to use as an alarm.

Hi. Yes, I mean accessing from Admin Console (cloud). I have an ISY994i. I see the port where the card is installed, but don't see how to get it out. Do I need to unscrew the box?
