  1. Hi Michel, I just tried a few up and down thermostat settings on my GUI interface(REST commands) I didn't get the a 404, but it seems the REST interface is not responding, so I tried to log into the admin console. It will not come up. I get the ISY Finder dialog box, but no ISY appears and I never get the splash screen. Should I reboot/unplug the PLM? Thanks
  2. Hi Michel, I'll check the next time I get the 404 error. Thanks for the suggestion.
  3. Hi Michel, Thanks for the advice. I've checked and no 0101 green icons appear next to any of my devices. Here's what I've noticed and it seems to be isolated to my Thermostats (possibly other RF devices too, but I only have Thermostats) --- I occasionaly get a REST message back stating 404 page not found. If I wait 15-30 seconds and try again it's fine and can set the setpoints on the thermostats up or down and it responds fairly quick. I may leave it alone for awhile, come back and try to set it up or down and get the 404 page not found error. I hope this may help your team pinpoint what could be happening with the REST interface. FWIW, going through the admin console, I don't have any delays changing settings on the thermostats. Thanks for the support.
  4. After the update, I've had a few issues with controlling through the REST interface. I started getting time outs. I've since unplugged the PLM/rebooted the ISY and disabled --> unplugged my thermostats --> plugged them back in --> re-enabled the thermostats. So far after doing that things seems to be working ok. I'll report back in a few days on my findings. Thanks.
  5. Hi Michel, I feel like this 2.8.15 version may correct the issue I've been seeing. I'll be sure to post my results once I get a chance to upgrade. See link below: (I mentioned REST issues/slowness/unresponsive, requiring reboot/unplug of PLM) http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=5705 Thanks for your continued support!
  6. All, I think this motion sensor issue it what's been plaguing my setup. I disabled all of my Motion Sensors since version 2.8.x, because the PLM or ISY would eventually lockup. Since I've removed them, the system seems to be much more stable. I hope the team finds a solution, it would be great to re-enable my MS's Thanks for the support.
  7. I've read through this post and I'm seeing similar issues that Moshe is seeing. Prior to upgrading to 2.8.10, I was on the last official release and didn't notice any of the random communication issues that I'm seeing now. I posted some of my findings in this post http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=5705 Any ideas on how to track down what could be causing these issues? I've already disabled programs, etc. If this helps, I did notice that I had to completely remove and add back one of my KPL's in the admin tool, this seemed to have cleaned up communication issues I was see with that one device. Thanks in advance for your help.
  8. I too am having strange Thermostat behavior with 2.8.10. I'm seeing that sometimes logging into the admin console the Thermostats status screens have no information and manually quering them doesn't refresh the screen. I have to log out of the admin console and log back in. Is anyone else seeing this?
  9. Hi Michel, I was able to get this to work. I had to use C Escaped code. Thanks, Mark
  10. Hi, I'm trying to send a tcp command using the Network Resource module to my Powerhome Socket Server. So far, no luck. Has anyone been able to get this to work? I'm not sure what setting in the module I need to set, i.e. Raw Text, BIN, etc. My goal is the communicate with Powerhome. I would like to be able to fire a trigger/macro within Powerhome. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks, Mark
