Disregard. I rebooted the EISY and all has returned to normal.

On Monday remote access was working. Last night I discovered remote access was not working and as of this morning still isn't working. UD Mobile is running on an iPhone 14 Pro, AT&T is the provider. All other internet related items work correctly on the phone. I have made no changes to my EISY, UD Mobile or my network/internet setup. When I attempt attempt to test remote access or try to use a device remotely, I receive a popup stating: ERROR - There are no proxies available. I am unable to access my EISY from the Portal webpage. After login the main page shows my EISY and has a green light but clicking any of the tools generates an error. Clicking ISY Web Access I get - Error accessing /rest/status: Internal Server Error. Clicking ISY information gets me an HTTP Error 500 My Portal license is valid. When connected to my home network via wifi, everything works as normal.

Thanks for the update! I was worried I had something configured incorrectly on the Eisy

@Frank_YYZ Oops, Kingdom of Apple @lilyoyo1 I read the first post on this sub-forum before posting this question. The post indicates Agave was re-released as a free unsupported version. When I searched the Apple App store, Agave is not listed nor does it show up in my purchased apps listing. For my search, I assumed the free version was still called Agave something. Update: I tried my version of Agave again from a different network and the app opens now. It tries to connect via primary connection, (fails, not on my home network) then switches to secondary connection, (fails because port is wrong & won't accept update) and finally connects via portal but the app crashes and closes as soon as the portal icon turns green. I did transfer my portal license from the 994 to the Eisy.

Just upgraded to Eisy from a 994. The Eisy uses a different IP address and ports from how I had my 994 setup. When I attempted to update the logon settings Agave crashed and won't restart. I was going to remove and reinstall but can't find Agave in the app store. I've been slowly migrating to UD mobile, but there are some things Agave did better and easier. My wife is going to HATE UD mobile, because A, It's change and B, It's more complicated

Thanks for the reply. I've read though the Tips & Tricks a couple times. I guess I don't understand Z-wave enough for that to help me. Signal range doesn't seem to be the problem. Now that I've had more time to mess with the switch, I've found that when I press the manual on/off (program) switch on the Enbrighten, it will connect to the ISY for about 3 minutes. During this 3 minutes I can turn the switch on/off remotely and query the energy monitor. During the 3 minutes Agave will see the switch and allow me to control the Enbrighten. After 3 minutes the switch goes dark and the ISY reports no connection and the device disappears from Agave. Press the manual switch on the Enbrighten and it reconnects for another 3 minutes. I've also noticed that the switch does reconnect by itself at some point every 24 hours. Even though I don't have real time communication with the switch, the energy monitor will send an update during the night. I also learned the Enbrighten will respond to queued on/off commands during that middle of the night wake up even though UD Mobile will complain the device isn't connected.

I just installed this switch. I put the on/off switch in the z-wave position and pressed the program button while having my ISY add a z-wave device. The ISY found the Enbrighten switch, connected and installed. Everything was great, for about 2 minutes. Then the ISY lost communication with the switch. I tapped the program button on the Enbrighten and z-wave reconnected and worked fine for another couple minutes. The ISY has no issue reconnecting with the switch but won't stay reconnected. I've just started working with z-wave devices and know very little about the protocol. My other z-wave device is a smoke detector and seems to work ok. The switch is only 20ish feet from the ISY but I did move the ISY closer to see if that helped. No change, same issue. After reading some z-wave posts I updated the ISY's firmware to 5.3.4. Still having issue.

Dang it! Just realized I posted in the wrong forum sub-topic.

A few months ago the power light started to flicker and go dim. It got progressively worse until now the LED is dim all the time. A quick google indicated the power supply was the likely culprit. Changed the power supply but the LED was still dim. The Rx, TX and Memory LEDS are still retina searing bright so maybe the power LED is going bad? Since everything else was functioning properly I didn't worry about it. Jump ahead a month and I start noticing that every time a door sensor is triggered the ceiling fan lights would briefly flicker. Happens on both fanlinc controlled ceiling fans. Jump ahead again and I noticed one obscure program wasn't working. I don't know how long the program hasn't been working. I logged into the ISY yesterday to investigate and got the following errors: On top of this error, nine more dialogs pop up but they are all blank. Clicking each one closed, this dialog popped up: However nothing loads, its just stuck until I click the close X. I do have internet connectivity and the portal indicates it can communicate with the ISY. Agave can communicate locally and remotely. Clicking Yes shuts down the console, clicking No leaves the console open With the console open, each time I click a tab I get the Java error pictured above, but after closing the error dialog I can make changes. The console isn't displaying any device states but I can control the devices via console. While clicking through menus I also noticed this: I do have the Z-Wave dongle installed. I don't have any Z-wave devices but normally there would be a menu here for configuring Z-wave. and finally after a reboot right before staring this post I received all the above errors and these as well: I tried deleting the Java cache as listed in another post but that didn't change anything. I had planned on upgrading to a Polisy in the near future only to learn Polisy is no more and now its Eisy. I'm happy to upgrade to Eisy but I've been spending money like a drunken sailor the last two months and need to build up the frivolous expenditures account before buying Eisy, so the ISY needs to last another month or so. I guess I need to figure out if this is a hardware or software issue so it doesn't follow me to the Eisy. So the TL;DR of this long post is: Is my hardware failing or do I have a software issue? Thanks

Over the past 6 weeks the ISY's power light has been getting dimmer and dimmer. A quick Google search indicated the power supply was the likely culprit. I tried a different power supply of correct voltage, amperage and polarity. Same results. Power LED is still extremely dim. So far my ISY is functioning properly and the other LED's are the normal overbearing brightness. Normally I wouldn't be too concerned, but UD seems to be out of stock on everything if my unit completely fails.
