Thanks, I missed that. Looks like the Zigbee stuff is going back. Seems there are issues with Matter and Zigbee.

After reading quite a bit a question comes to mind. "Does UD Eisy currently support Zigbee devices??"

Thanks for your suggestions. I am trying to add a Sonoff S31 Lite smart plug, (works with Alexa and Smartthings) to my system. It is a ZigBee Smart Plug. There is no Z matter install in eisy so trying to add as Z Wave.

I have eisy with USB Z wave and Matter Module. We are running many Z wave devices that work great. I am trying to add my first Z matter module and can't get the system to recognize it.

I am trying to configure Smart implant (FGBS-222} with Eisy to send dry contact status to Eisy. The system recognizes the Z wave implant but only changes status with instantaneous contact. Does anyone have experience with this device? Thanks, Don

The system is working normally However I cannot add Insteon devices with "start linking" and cannot add Z wave devices at all. Any suggestions. Thanks for your help. Don

If I go to add Insteon device and enter the address it finds it and adds to the list. Start linking does now work.

It does so as connected and I can control existing devices

I have been using a 2413S with the USB adapter with eisy for a couple on months. decided to replace with 2413U when they became available. Now if I try to install additional insteon devices they do not show in the main list. Suggestions??

I restored the PLM then restarted the system. Thanks everyone for your help.

Thank You... I can see my modules and they function. Actually the only modules remaining in my system are 2450s that I use a dry contact sensors. Everything else is Z wave and working great. When I can find Z wave dry contact sensors the 2450s will be gone as well. Thanks again, Don

I did not but tried to re-install. Tried other spare modules but they do not appear even though they seem to install
