  1. ok thanks for the advise
  2. I already did that. I also tried changing the browser security to allow all activex programs to run - no luck
  3. I am using Windows 7, Firewall is off, no virus protection programs running. I have been thru the wiki page and tried every option at least four times and have accomplished nothing but waste a ton of time. I can access the isy via network address, and the initial page will load, but the administration page will not load due to certificate errors/untrusted web address problems. The isy launcher will not run - it generates an application error/acts like the reference address doesn't exist: com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: https://isy.universal-devices.com/launcher/isy.jnlp at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.actionDownload(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.downloadResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.cache.ResourceProviderImpl.getResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.cache.ResourceProviderImpl.getResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.updateFinalLaunchDesc(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.prepareToLaunch(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.prepareToLaunch(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.launch(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.launchApp(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.continueInSecureThread(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.access$000(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
  4. I have tried IE, Firefox, Chrome, and the launcher. The launcher disappeared when I cleared the Java cache. Turning off Windows Firewall did not help, the only other security I have running is Windows defender. The error appears to be coming from Java, and I don't know how to disable security for that.
  5. I just bought an isy99i and am trying to use it for the first time (Windows 7). I updated to the latest Java release, and can get to http://isy, but when I try to open the admin console, I get Java error "The application cannot be run" Name:com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDCli..., location: http://isy Reason: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Response is unreliaable: its validity interval is out-of-date. How do I solve this problem?
