Well it just stopped working again. I will open a ticket

1. I run Windows 10. I can always connect the IoX Launcher to Windows but cant control any devices. This is the same for the UD Mobile. 2. I only run one vlan. I do not have a firewall device. 3. Once I reboot the EISY everything starts working again. This time it has been working for a week. 4. When it stops working again I will open a support ticket.

Sorry for the delay replying. 1. I do use UD Mobile and trying to control locally. I also cannot connect from the IoX Launcher 2. The portal is connected EISY 3. To get the system working again I have to do a power cycle 4. It did start happening in the last month or so 5. I do not have any i3 Dials 6. I am running 5.9.1

A few weeks ago my EISY would stop communicating to the UD App and to Amazon Echo. I restarted IoX and then it started working for a few days and then it happened again. I have now now had to do this every few days.

Since migrating to EISY I can no longer program my 2440 RemoteLincs. I have tried as someone suggested putting the RemoteLinc out of range of the PLM but still no luck. I have tried several RemoteLincs . Any other thoughts?

Brian, Thank you I was able to get one of my 2440 RemoteLincs to work.

The non-toggle Off button changed to On. I have always used ISY app to change toggle modes but it seems to not be working with eisy hub. Thoughts?

Since moving to eisy I am unable to connect to any of my RemoteLincs. Thoughts? I have tried changing the communication mode from auto to reported to i1. Thanks. Ken

You guys are the best! Works great. I just changed the default for the scene to be what we want to happen when alexa controls the scene. Thank you very much for the very quick reply on a holiday!!

I have created a scene 'movie time' in ISY. The scene turns off most lights and dims others. I have then added the scene in the portal to Alexa. The scene is discovered fine. When I say 'Alexa, turn on movie time'; all the lights that are part of the scene come on full bright. What am I doing wrong? Ken

Thank you for your help. I reset the Java cache and temporary files. I also deleted the application. When I login again everything worked. It must have been something corrupt with the installed application. I really appreciate your quick response!

The ISY finder worked. I can login with the default admin, admin. When I click on 'file' the options drop down opens but when i click on any option nothing happens. I have factory reset the PLM 2413S and have factory reset the ISY 994.

I downloaded the App. I connected it to my ISY Portal. It recognizes my login but then I get the error "Error:org.json.JSONException:No value for isyKey"
