Thanks. I did respond back that I dont see how to run the scenes from the admin console. When I right click a scene I do not see a run button. Where do I find the run scene button. I assume you want to use the procedure for replacing a PLM. I really appreciate your help today.

The scenes will run from keypad with PLM plugged in. I have never unplugged the PLM. In the ISY admin console when I run the scene diagnostic I get the error saying each device Failed and then link for responder xx xx xx not found. I dont understand what the test is doing. When it says device Failed or link responder not found does that mean it is missing from the PLM or where

They seem to be running from the keypads. I have done a PLM restore earlier. I thought when I do a table list and then compare any PLM errors would show up. Since there are no errors after doing restore to individual devices I dont understand why all of my scenes fail when I run the scene test. I am not sure how Alexa would work if the scenes all test failed

I just checked all the devices. One had an issue and I restore it. I then ran the scene test and same result. Thoughts?

I ran the restore and compare on the Keypad and now no errors. I went back and checked the scene and see no changes same errors ISY-Events-Log.v6.0.4__Tue 2026.09.01 11.25.04 AM.txt

I checked one device and it shows 6 missing records. So I now need to do a restore device. Correct?

I replaced my PLM and now none of my Alexa Routines work that trigger Scenes. When I run the scene test all of them fail. I did go ahead and delete and re-create one of the scenes and now it works. I hope I dont have to do this for all of my scenes. My keypad scenes do work when I press the buttons on the keypad. ISY-Events-Log.v6.0.4__Tue 2026.09.01 08.21.34 AM.txt

Well it just stopped working again. I will open a ticket

1. I run Windows 10. I can always connect the IoX Launcher to Windows but cant control any devices. This is the same for the UD Mobile. 2. I only run one vlan. I do not have a firewall device. 3. Once I reboot the EISY everything starts working again. This time it has been working for a week. 4. When it stops working again I will open a support ticket.

Sorry for the delay replying. 1. I do use UD Mobile and trying to control locally. I also cannot connect from the IoX Launcher 2. The portal is connected EISY 3. To get the system working again I have to do a power cycle 4. It did start happening in the last month or so 5. I do not have any i3 Dials 6. I am running 5.9.1

A few weeks ago my EISY would stop communicating to the UD App and to Amazon Echo. I restarted IoX and then it started working for a few days and then it happened again. I have now now had to do this every few days.

Since migrating to EISY I can no longer program my 2440 RemoteLincs. I have tried as someone suggested putting the RemoteLinc out of range of the PLM but still no luck. I have tried several RemoteLincs . Any other thoughts?
