  1. after a power failure my eisy doesnt com back on line, i dont think the cable modem / router is fully booted before the eisy, the eisy tries once then give up. if i power cycle, it comes on line. besides a delay-on timer, or reboot every day, how can i get around this? thanks bill
  2. Yes, I bet you have same problem. if you are in garage md range for entire 10 minutes, the lights will go out. You can't get them to go on until you go outside garage and count to 10..... I guess I could just set to go on for 15 minutes and call it a day... but that would be a defeat.
  3. Hello, I can't get any of the option in Insteon motion sensor II to help me... If you are in the kitchen, the md sends on, and you turn on lights for 4 minutes with counter. But, if you never get out of md range, it never gets out of 10 second "off time out" and never sends another on command. I do receive command when the "off time out" does time out, but this makes the program silly. How do I program when the person is in kitchen for entire 4 minutes and the "off time out" never times out ? thanks for any hints. bill
  4. Can I delete the 4 nodes I don't need and just keep one ?
  5. Hello, I am thinking of using about 170 0-10v Qubino z-wave devices to control lighting in factory and office. Mostly line of sight. Does anyone have experience with such a quantity, does it "just work" ? I think I read about 4 hops max and 230 devices max. Are the "hops" intelligent and find best way to ISY box, or do they just hop randomly then give up if they don't reach the isy box ? thanks bill
  6. Hello, I am going to set up 80 high bay lights with Qubino 0-10v dimmers and about 10 motion detectors for sections of lights. I would like the lights to be on dim, the if there is motion detected go to 100% for 10 minutes. If motion is detected in the 10 minutes, I want the 10 minutes to be restarted. Can someone give me guidance how they would structure such a program ? do I create 10 programs with 80 lines to turn each light on, then wait 10 minutes, then 80 more lines to dim them ? thanks for any help. bill
  7. thanks, I got it running, program triggers form main panel too. It is an Insteon Lamp dimmer mod. I changed it to status rather than control. Will experiment a bit more. thanks, bill
  8. Hello, I am writing my 1st program, but it doesn't trigger. I can go into the main panel and turn the lamp mod on and off, but nothing happens, shouldn't my program turn if off after 2 seconds ? thanks, bill
