    @Michel Kohanim Thanks for that, it does indeed prompt me for an upgrade. The issue now is that I get an error "Bad Request" when I go through the upgrade process (i selected the firmware file, and started the upgrade).

    I am upgrading from 4.8 to 5.3 and in the pre-reqs it mentions that I need a more updated version of the admin console. I currently have 4.8 version of the console (naturally as it matches up with my firmware) and need 5.0.9 or greater. Where do I download that version?

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
