  1. Since I updated packages to use the new eisy-ui, I have had a problem for several weeks when I try to use "Alexa" (I mostly loathe Alexa) to turn on a light or other. "She" constantly says that the hub is OFFLINE. I can still turn things on/off locally but when I go to myISY it shows OFFLINE. I have found only a reboot via the U-D app or Admin Console fixes it for a day or two and then it happens again. Any suggestions why I am having this problem that I've never had before?
  2. I'm starting to think that it's a problem communicating with my RemoteLinc. I try to add or remove the ZW to the button "scene" and put the RL into the set mode (long press button bottom) and I never see the blinking change which I kind of remember when I originally put this RL in service.
  3. That's what I tried to do in the AC .. several times .. but it just won't work. I started thinking maybe it's not possible?
  4. Maybe this is a dumb question .. I have a RemoteLinc2 (8-button) and my old Insteon ApplianceLinc has apparently died. I have replaced it with a Z-Wave plug and it is working fine for manual control from the Admin Console. I tried to add it to my "RemoteLinc Scene" button and I have no control. I put the RL into the blinking set mode several times and it just won't control it. Can I not control other devices (other than Insteon) with a RemoteLinc? Maybe that's the problem.
  5. Probably a stupid question but I have a lot of LMS players and have used the Squeezebox players (now defunct but the server software is still very much alive and maintained) since around 2007. Is there any way for the audio player to work with LMS?
  6. NM: I was using the wrong UserName and Password. I'm having the same problem. Just upgraded packages and rebooted the eisy and still getting "http failure response for https://eisy.local:3000/auth:401 unauthorized" error. I would like to access PG3. This is an eisy that has been in service since January 2023.
  7. New problem: after getting back access to the AC, yesterday as I went to the desktop and clicked on "start.jnlp" I now get a popup context "How do you want to open this .jnlp file." Thus, until I resolve this issue, I can no longer access the AC. Never Mind: I must have turned off browser control in the java control panel when I was trying to resolve the previous issue. Working again.
  8. Windoze. Was already using 391. First thing I did (before I posted) was un-/reinstall Java (I think I did it twice). Rebooted several times. Still can't tick the bottom 2 boxes.
  9. I updated packages (had no idea it was a major release .. just was having issues .. haven't been here in a few weeks) and tried to delete all of the java crap and "cached applications and applets" and "installed applications and applets" are both greyed out (can't access the check box). I can't access eisy using start.jnlp. I assume it's related to not being able to delete java items. LATER: I was able to finally connect via Iox Finder by a power cycle of eisy and the PLM. But now, I'm curious why those two buttons in the Java delete box are greyed out. I have previously selected those when I needed to update IoX. Not sure what changed. And now, my Insteon Mini Remote 8-scene is displaying all Red exclamation marks, so I am going to try and figure that out.
  10. Another power plug device. I bought these in 2022 but I think they're "current," FWIW. I had a couple unused in the drawer and had to replace a failed Z-wave plug today. Brand Name: Seedan Model # YT-m010 (some discussion that this is the same as "eWeLink SA-003-Zigbee" but I'm uncertain). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LD7Q81J

Have the same problem. Had to replace a Z-wave plug with a Zigbee ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LD7Q81J ). Seemed to go properly, as it added a ZB***** to the list. But when I try to On/Off, a popup occurs "Request Failed." Tried to right-click "Zigbee/ Synchronize/ Update" (and "> Update with Interview" ) the Plug/Light starts flashing, so I know it has some control over the plug, but I cannot get it to turn On or Off without the "Request Failed." Really need to get this working in my programs ASAP! ADD'L: I've tried adding/re-updating with interview/ deleting/ re-adding these several times (I tried another one just in case the first was "defective") and now I just have the device(s) but nothing in the "control panel" of the AC (i.e. "On" "Off" controls .. just "Query" at the bottom which still results in "Request Failed.") ADD'L: On/Off buttons and "Set Parameters" controls have now appeared again but still getting "Failed Request" whenever I try On/ Off/ Query. ADD'L: "Toggle" and "Identify" buttons have now appeared also but still no control: "Request Failed." I would even try changing some parameters to experiment on getting control but I am clueless what to try.
  12. Sorry. Haven't been on the forum for a while .. on my Admin Console, it does not show voltage or current or kWh. It merely shows On/Off status.
  13. No energy monitoring. No voltage, etc. There is a power selection but it is merely 0% or 100%.

Can you tell me how to get to that context menu? I don't see that on mine.
  15. I just got mine yesterday. Amazon screwed up so it took longer. I can confirm that this On-Off power switch DOES work with the eisy and Z-Matter. I can finally stop having to access the Hubitat just to control a Zigbee power plug. I plugged it in, set the eisy to add a Zigbee device and it added immediately.
