    Update: I've also tried running in FireFox and Edge browsers. Neither work. I am not finding the Java plug-in activated and I cannot figure how to do that.

    Thanks for the help! I've taken all your steps and suggestions. I am now running Java ver 8 update 321 (build 1.8.0_321-b07). Still getting same error. I'm using Chrome browser and upped the memory allocation to -Xmx1024m as suggested (tried both actually).

    I have a new (to me) ISY994i device. I can find it on my network and login to it. I cannot run Admin Console from it as it keeps asking for Java2+. I have upgraded to the latest version of Java I can find but still doesn't work. Any thoughts??
