Go to Purchases -> Re-Install -> Update

I see 1.0.5 in Prod store, I just deleted 1.0.4 and installed (not re-install) into same node slot and it ran perfectly at 1.0.5 I didn't see Update option either but above process worked great

Great catch and yes, polisy was separately upgraded to PG3x and is running 3.1.26

Do have active portal license - use it to manage 2 devices (separate locations) 1 has eisy (not currently experiencing issue...although haven't tried Ring Node yet) Other (this location) has polisy Portal license is active and even refreshed status to make sure I wasn't missing anything, think it's valid for another 2 years or so. I reverted Ring Node server back to default github settings after install and now am patiently waiting - will surely post fix - envy (in a good sportsmanship kinda way!) those who have it working...seems like an amazing node server and looking forward to getting it working and updating programs to take full advantage of it. Thanks all for the help so far - will figure it out sooner or later!

Thank you, ticket created Interestingly, all other nodes have my IP address in IoX under Node Servers -> Configure -> Choose Slot for Node Server...the Ring had a random IP...changed it in IoX but still no positive impact for Authenticate in PG3x

Very helpful, thank you - I don't have any option to authenticate w/Ring...didn't notice any pop-up blocker in Safari or Chrome (tried Chrome on Windows and Mac). Didn't even realize that's what was supposed to happen, thanks for making it known. I even ran update packages on my Polisy just in case...feels like it might be support ticket time. When I try https://oauth.ring.com/oauth/users/sign_in it tells me: our session has expired. Please close the window and try again. Code: 000

When I click “Authenticate” nothing happens, any ideas?

How do you authenticate in PG3x for Rachio? I have it installed on 5.6 and 3.26 PG3x on Polisy with PG3 remote connection enabled and $9 license purchased but no matter how many times I reboot/restart IoX, PG3x, Polisy, etc. I can’t get it to authenticate? What am I missing so it will pull in my Ring device? Thanks!

@GeddyUpon clicking “ISYs”->”Auto-Discover ISYs” it produces the following: Everything seems to be working fine now for programs and any dependencies to node servers - just didn’t know if it’s a bug that will produce issues/errors in future?

Curious why after seemingly successful upgrade package execution and power cycling EISY PG3 would show undefined for ISY even though it shows UUID and 3.22 in PG3 dashboard? PG3 nodes show as connected but even after restarting PG3 it seems node servers aren’t correctly aligned with ISY UUID. Thoughts or is this not an issue? Some programs I have triggered to run off node server events aren’t working. thanks!

5.5.5 worked great on Polisy Pro following standard "Upgrade Packages" execution through AC. Upgraded from 5.5.4 ->5.5.5 and PG3 upgraded from 3.1.16 to 3.1.17 without issue. Logged into My.ISY.IO to verify Polisy was at 5.5.5 then went into PG3 dashboard, refreshed then auto discovered ISY to re-detect mine and everything started up great. My Rachio Node Server had to be manually restarted but all others appear to be working perfectly. No changes needed to scenes either - well done UD Team!
