I installed a FanLinc, but it isn't working (no light, no fan). Using firmware 3.2.0. The device seemed to get added properly. I tried various troubleshooting checks including resetting FanLinc to factory defaults. The factory reset process didn't complete as outlined in the guide. Do you think the FanLinc is defective?

Is there an install script for the ISY99I Console application for Mac OSX? I can download the admin.jnlp file just fine. It will launch the console if I click it. However, The name "admin" is rather ambiguous and the graphic is a generic .jnlp icon. This used to show up as a ".app" file but no longer does. Why not follow the traditional Mac drag and drop model for installing apps e.g. Diaglog Box with ["NEW APP" --> ] Thx

I tried adding a new insteon device and selected 2441V from the device list. I placed the 2441V in linking mode and clicked OK. Essentially nothing happened in ISY99i to add the device. What could be going wrong? I'm using 2.7.15 ISY99i firmware.
