    Upgrade not working (loX v.5.8.4 to 6.0)

    Hi. I have exactly the same problem as above. The eisy is at version 5.84 and refuses to update despite going through the process multiple times. I do loose connectivity with the admin console during the process but after reconnecting it is still at 5.84. What process was followed to resolve the problem? Thanks,
