The old router was acting up. Is there another way? I have tried the reset button on the ISY but that doesn't seem to help.

When I launch 99i I get the following errors on login xml parse error http://192.168.1.104/desc socket open failed ... The admin console launches but doesn't let me do anything

Thanks Michael. I got into the router and opened a port to 192.168.1.1xx and it seems to work. Interestingly enough, port 80 with http:// works on my blackberry browser but https:// with port 443 times out.

Noob question here. When I go to my ip address on the network I get the window that says Please Keep this Window Open. From what I have read that means port forwarding is working yes? (If I do File Enable Internet Access it fails.) http://my.isp.server.address:my.ip.address what does that mean exactly? I am in Toronto using rogers internet access. What exactly do I type in for the reference above? eg. http://rogers.com:192.168.1.100 ?
